CURRENT CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
We are currently seeking a senior associate/lateral partner with experience in transactional matters and in the representation of banks and other institutional lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate, asset-based lending, deposit account control agreements and other financing transactions. Creditors rights experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications
- Commercial and lending transactional experience (creditors’ rights experience is a plus)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional research, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
- License to practice law in the State of New York.
